Discovery & Planning – We begin by understanding your charity’s structure, goals, and workflows to design the right setup for you.

Configuration & Data Migration – Our team configures your Engage CRM and smoothly migrates your existing data, ensuring nothing is lost.

Training & Go-Live – We provide step-by-step training to your team and support you through a confident, successful launch and beyond.

Onboarding process

Onboarding is the overall process of migrating data from your previous system to our new Engage CRM. This typically includes the following activities:

  • Data assessment
  • Cleansing of data
  • Data validation
  • Data migration
  • System configuration
  • Website integration
  • Other integrations
  • Training

Currently the onboarding process is done by our in-house team, though we hope to also utilise specialist partners in the future.

In cases where there is no data to import, then the onboarding process is much smoother and cost effective as it primarily entails system configuration and integrations.
