At N3O, we provide additional support services to our ENGAGE CRM offering which includes customer support, extensive training and non-system related consultancy.
Training on using the system is part of our onboarding fee and includes training to donor care teams, finance individuals and management.
Additional training can be provided to staff on specific elements of the system or just for general refresher training. We can also offer ToT (train the trainer training) for organisations who want to maximise the products offering.
As part of our monthly service for (for growth and comprehensive users), we offer free customer service support for our clients. Support primarily refers to guidance on how certain functions may work or any bugs encountered.
This is for normal business hours of 9am-5pm and follows our typical SLA’s. For an additional cost, we can offer other custom support packages. Please enquire for more information.
We understand that a system by itself is not the entire answer to some of the challenges faced by charities today. In certain areas we are able to also provide additional consulting (depending on availability) for non-product related services. This includes functions related to program management, finance, donor care and others.
We also refer to other organisations we know personally for no charge relating to more specific requests such as call centre set-up, digital marketing, data protection etc.
Onboarding Process
Onboarding is the overall process of migrating data from your previous system to our new Engage CRM. This typically includes the following activities:
Currently the onboarding process is done by our in-house team, though we hope to also utilise specialist partners in the future.
In cases where there is no data to import, then the onboarding process is much smoother and cost effective as it primarily entails system configuration and integrations.
