Core functionality updates are included in your monthly plan at no additional cost. However, if we develop entirely new features (e.g., call centre), there may be an additional charge, communicated in advance.
We regularly develop new features and have a public roadmap for charities to view and contribute to. Custom functionality may be considered for an additional fee, but approval depends on priority and feasibility.
Yes, support is included at no extra cost. Our customer support team is available from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, for assistance with bug fixes and reasonable requests.
For organisations with an income below £250,000, support is available via email only.
Our default billing cycle is monthly via direct debit. However, you can opt to pay annually upfront, which offers a 5% discount on the yearly price.
Yes, our minimum term is 1 year, with automatic renewal at the end of each term.
