READ Foundation is a specialised education charity operating globally across six countries, implementing a wide variety of projects, including building schools, teacher training, mobile education and supporting vulnerable children. They currently have 150,000 students enrolled in their schools alone and have an annual income of over £8 Million.
Initially, in 2018, N3O were engaged to help clean up their donor data and facilitate greater donor engagement. In addition, we set up monthly Gift Aid submissions to expedite the receipt of regular income, which was considerably different from their previous annual process. We also helped fully automate their orphan sponsorship programme.
Syria Relief is one of the leading Syria-focused charities in the world. They specialise in emergency interventions through medical facilities, food security, protection and education and work with several large institutional donors.
N3O assisted Syria Relief in cleansing and migrating their previous data from a basic Excel system and installing the DMS CRM. In addition, we helped them set up direct debits from standing orders, automated their orphan sponsorship programme and set up an in-house donor call centre linked to the CRM.
Mercy Relief is one of our first partner charities. They help children pursue education and provide them with healthcare and general welfare. They also aid communities impacted by natural and manmade disasters. With an annual income of over £3 million, it operates in Lebanon, the Occupied Palestinian Territories, Pakistan, Somalia, the Gambia, and Yemen.
N3O helped them migrate from their previous CRM to Engage CRM. We set up their database for the orphan sponsorship program and automated it with reports in our system. Additionally, Mercy Relief is migrating to N3O’s web services for a fully integrated system.
Mercy Relief’s income has increased from £1.22m in 2020 to £3.09m in 2022, with several operational efficiencies in place.
Global Ehsan Relief is a UK-based charity working in 33 countries since 2015. They have positively impacted lives focusing on orphan care, addressing food poverty, supplying clean drinking water, and responding to disasters.
They have taken N3O as their global CRM partner and are utilising Engage CRM for four international entities: Singapore, the UK, Malaysia, and Worldwide. Moreover, they are migrating to our N3O Cloud-integrated website infrastructure for three entities. We have also facilitated data cleansing and migration for over nine years of data whilst enabling orphan sponsorships for up to 1000 beneficiaries.
